Depending on the condition of your hair, some treatments may not be possible.
If you have a history of coloring, bleaching, or perming, we strongly recommend that you contact us in advance to confirm whether the service is suitable for you.
Please note that if you make a reservation without prior confirmation and we determine on the day that the treatment cannot be performed, the full fee will still be charged.

Choosing the wrong menu or length may result in insufficient time for your service.If you are unsure which menu to book, please select the counseling option or visit the salon in advance.
Aftercare Instructions
After your treatment, please avoid washing or tying up your hair for 2 to 3 days to allow the style to set properly.
Please note that even for retouch services, the same pricing applies due to the time required and the potential risks involved.

To ensure the best possible service for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service, depending on the schedule.In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you anticipate being late, please call the salon as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
