Please read the following information before booking:
* This is a relaxation-focused menu, but please note that it takes place in a shared space within the salon. Depending on the situation, there may be background conversation or hairdryer noise.
* We do not use a running water system (continuous-flow shampoo device), which is currently popular in some salons.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the service.
* The price remains the same even if you choose to skip the blow-dry.
You can select your service based on your current hair length:

* Short: Up to the chin
* Medium: Up to the shoulders
* Long: Up to bra strap length (BSL)
* Extra Long: From BSL to hip
Please note that if you select the wrong menu or hair length, there may not be enough time to complete your treatment.If you're unsure which menu to book, please select the counseling option or visit our salon for a consultation.
**Appointment Policy**
To ensure the best possible service for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service, depending on the schedule.In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you anticipate being late, please call the salon as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
