It is truly important to us that you feel completely comfortable with us. Alongside our passion for the art of hairdressing, we place great value on attention to detail. Often, it’s the little things that make the big difference. For us, an excellent hairdressing experience also includes outstanding service: a warm smile, freshly ground coffee, interesting magazines, and a pleasant acoustic atmosphere. To minimize noise levels, we have equipped our salon with Dyson hair dryers. Naturally, we work exclusively with modern, high-quality tools. This allows us to achieve the best results – and happy customers. :)

Time is a valuable asset!
We understand that life can sometimes be hectic – and we completely understand. Since we hold ourselves to the highest standards and strive to provide our clients with exceptional quality and attention, we kindly ask you to cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients who are also eager to visit our salon despite long waiting times.

Please note that we require a 30% deposit when booking an appointment. This amount will, of course, be credited towards your visit. Should you cancel your appointment at least 7 days in advance, we will fully refund your deposit.

Starting in 2025, we will significantly reduce our phone-based appointment requests to allow us to fully concentrate on your needs. Therefore, we kindly ask you to book and manage your appointments conveniently online. This ensures flexibility, allowing you to select a time that perfectly fits your schedule.

Your health is important to us.
For some treatments, we may send you a questionnaire in advance to help us prepare optimally for your appointment. We kindly ask you to complete and sign this questionnaire in a timely manner. Please understand that we reserve the right to cancel appointments up to 48 hours prior if the questionnaire is not completed.
