Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments impact our stylists’ time and availability.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): We will give you a friendly reminder about our policy
• No-shows: Please respect that we must charge a 25€ no-show fee that will be applied to your client profile and must be paid before rebooking
• Repeated no-shows: Booking restrictions may apply, including refusal of future bookings or a required deposit

Colour Appointment Deposit Policy

(Colour appointments are booked by phone only.)

To secure a colour appointment, we require a €50 deposit.

Deposit details will be sent to you on the day you book your appointment or can be paid in person in the salon via Card or Cash 

The deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your service.

Cancellation & rescheduling for colour appointments:

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice
• Reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit

In case of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to be fair, though same-day cancellations may still result in the deposit being forfeited ✨
