If you are up to 15 minutes late, we unfortunately have to shorten the treatment accordingly.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment will be forfeited.
If you are unable to attend an agreed treatment appointment, please let us know in good time PERSONALLY. That means at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone. Only if you cancel in good time do we have the chance to fill the appointment again.
The money-back guarantee only applies if the trial treatment is unsuccessful.
